BC Education Savings is an independent RESP information service. It is not a government website and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of Canada or the Government of British Columbia.

Information only

Content on this site is general information and is not financial, tax or legal advice. RESP grants and benefits depend on eligibility, contributions and applicable program rules. We do not guarantee that you or your child will qualify for any grant or benefit. Submitting a request does not open an account or apply for any grant.

Your submission

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you. You must be at least the age of majority in your province to submit a request. Requests may be reviewed, and duplicate, incomplete or suspicious requests may not be followed up.

Contact by an RESP Specialist

If you give consent, an RESP Specialist may contact you by phone, text or email. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time. Contact is made within permitted calling hours, and we do not promise a specific callback time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false information, use automated tools to submit forms, or interfere with the operation of the site.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
